Jane Bahneman, MS
I served as a private yoga instructor for niche clientele, delivering specialized programs designed to enhance performance, flexibility, and recovery while addressing the unique physical and mental demands of high performing business clients and elite military and paramilitary personnel to foster resilience and overall well-being. As a highly trained and specialized yoga and mindfulness instructor, I skillfully develop programs and facilitate sessions for diverse groups in demanding environments to promote stress reduction and enhanced resilience. Additionally, I designed and implemented tailored yoga and mindfulness programs for professional athletes and Division 1 elite athletic teams, optimizing performance, enhancing recovery, and supporting the rigorous physical and mental demands of competing at the highest levels. I have served as an industry Keynote speaker many times over, and was invited to the White House as guest yoga instructor and influential community leader in support of the “Let’s Move” campaign.

Christa Brolley
Christa came to yoga for the cross-training benefits and stayed when she found it gave her so much more, including a community. The connection between the breath, the body, and the mind helped her find her place and her peace.
Christa is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). She’s completed various trainings including 200-hour and 300-hour vinyasa yoga certifications, a 200-hour Kundalini yoga certification, and a 300-hour yoga psychology certification. Christa is a Level II Warriors at Ease certified teacher, and holds additional breath coach and Gravity Yoga certifications. She recently completed additional training to be certified as a Somatic Yoga Life Coach.
For Christa, yoga is more than just poses; it’s an experience of deep listening to your body – your body knows how to move and how to heal you – and yoga teaches us how. Safety, choice, and empowerment are at the heart of her approach to teaching, which is rooted in trauma-sensitive principles, ensuring every practice honors autonomy and creates a space where each person feels supported, respected, and in control. She enjoys helping others on their journey, especially those newer to yoga.
Christa’s interests include volunteering at Gloucester-Mathews Humane Society or with the Middle Peninsula chapter of the Virginia Master Naturalists, hanging at home with her kitties or vacationing at Walt Disney World.
